What I like the most about Main Street on the Monon is the location and how quiet and peaceful it is compared to other neighborhoods where I have lived before. If you are someone with a family this is a kind of place I would recommend raising kids. I like to walk my dog and run at the park (Meadowlark Park) just behind my building. We also have a direct access to the Monon Trail which can take you in the heart of Carmel Art District. I play a lot of basketball so during summer time it is convenient for me because we have a full court. Management does a great job making sure any concerns are taking care of in a timely manner.

I have lived at Main Street for almost a year now, and I will definitely renew my lease. I chose Main Street because of the renovated apartments and prime location on the Monon Trail. I love my updated kitchen cabinetry and floors as well as the cabinetry and floors in my bathroom and the built-in shelves framing the kitchen. My apartment is only a few steps away from the Monon Trail, and there are entryways from the apartment complex, so it is easy for me to take a walk and exercise without having to drive anywhere. One of the other major benefits to living at Main Street is the friendliness and ease of access to staff. I have lived in huge apartment complexes where it is difficult to get ahold of a staff member, but because Main Street is a smaller, more intimate community, I know and have an easy time getting ahold of the staff in the main office. The assistant community manager is only a click of an email today and she has always been more than helpful answering my questions. They have always been timely in responding to my maintenance requests (which have been few) and requests for information. The location is also very quiet and safe—sometimes I forget I’m in an apartment because I don’t hear my neighbors.
